The worth of a Chicano
This poster is based on the murder of Joe Campos Torres a 23-year-old Vietnam Veteran by hands of six Houston Police Department officers on May 5th, 1977. This poster was conceptualized during while I curated Voices Breaking Boundaries event, "Marking History".
Visions; Empowerment in Bloom
A three multi-media poster series for Creative Women Unite 2014 events. The images are first drawn on wood and carved into small beautiful woodcuts. They are then transferred into digital art for enlargement purpose. Mixed with designer font the beautiful poster is screen printed on to a 36x24 high-quality stock paper.
